    I would highly recommend this company for your ac/ heating repairs.He got back to me fast and came out the next day.Explained everything to me and took care of my heating problems.He showed me my wires problems.That was not done properly and put up my nest which I love. definitely give him a call.     Genesis Heating and Air was incredible to work with. The first thing to note was when we called just to get a repair quote, he literally refused to add any freon because he knew it would leak out in a matter of days and that it would be a waste of money. The owner was very fair in his estimate of the project and was extremely hard working. He accommodated some requests we made about the project as well. He was great at communicating timelines even though the City of Hanahan delayed the project, which was out of his control. The quality of work and care taken to put it in was above and beyond what we would expect from a normal HVAC company. I would recommend Genesis to anyone in need of repair or a new system. They are a local, professional, and extremely trustworthy company in the Charleston area. See more See less

    Mr Jackson was very prompt in returning my call in a timely manner, all parts was available, everything was explained to me and my husband.
